How to be stress free

In our daily life many millions of people are looking good but they don't be fit in Medical way, because they are mentally disturbed in daily life.
For example-
When we meet any people and asking him how are you? Most of the people are just say I am good Or some of say I am not good that is depend our situation  but those people  are looking fit but in term of medically they don't be good. These type of people  reply us  suppose I am not alright then we make good and they over react and talking too long in this topic.
  Guys there is a example  of stress people. 




Some key point  of how to become  stress free- 
a. Self motivated :-
Friend's  I am personally  believe  no any other can you motivate you first of all we have to learn how to be motivated and some of videos  we must watch for motivation types these videos content are most helpful for self motivated. 
b. Always chill:-
We have face many of challenges in our life some of challenging  are small but some of big so,  in that situation  we have not to hyper just chill and solve this challenging because we know more  challenges  become more strong to fight. 
C. Recognize the problem :-
we know that in life all solution are available for our problems so we recognize that's problems and then take action. When we know what is my problem  then we easily find out these solution.
d. Build a healthy relationship :-
Relationship is not a problem  for me and you this is a globally problem because many of people frustrated , depressive because there relationship is not good. I think we have to must know how to become a healthy relationship because  our relationship is good then we give a good work potential  and any thing do I have done such a great result so friends first of all we should to try become a healthy relationship.

e.  Financial status :-
In our daily life money is important role for our surviving,because  we know money is determined our financial status. In India many of youth are unemployed  so they always  be frustated so we have to focus about how to build a wealth economy  to be stress and frustrated  life . So first of all we have to focus how to earn money  for our better life. When people  are great financial status then have to be a powerful .

F. Time management :- 
I think all the people  know about the how utilise our time I personally recommend in life there is no time in where my aim is not there. When we use our time smartly then there is no any problems because  we utilise our time. When we busy in our work then we have not time to in this small things because we are busy.. So Friends always try to keep busy yourself in our work.

g. Be happy :-
In our life many things is happen some of small things and some of big so, we have to enjoy all the moment does not matter rather big or small because big happiness are coming for long time but small happiness in our daily life so enjoy the moment.. When all the time we happy then surrounding people are talking about you what is the man? He is always  happy in our life because all the people like happiness people.

h. To make a strategy for your work:-
all the successful people follow  strategies for their work.. When we know at this time what am I doing then we do it and give a good result reason behind because I have a proper strategic..
